That’s where By The Books can be your thought partner. I not only have Quickbooks Online Pro Advisor certification, but I am also fluent in using the Toast Point of Sale platform employed by many restaurants. And I’ll let you in on a little secret: I have a passion for operations!

If you don’t have the desire or budget for full-service bookkeeping, I can help with some of the functions that are challenging for you. For example, you might need help tracking bank and sales transactions, creating your books, or getting ready for taxes. I also conduct bank reconciliations and handle financial reporting. While I don’t provide tax services, I can set you up for success and refer you to a knowledgeable tax accountant.
Full-service bookkeeping
Ready to free yourself of bookkeeping tasks? I can help with start-to-finish bookkeeping! I handle everything from accounts receivable to accounts payable, sales tracking, cash flow management, reconciliations, and financial management. Along with trusted bookkeeping, many of my clients also see me as their business coach. If I see a product, service, or system that isn’t working, I’ll discuss it with you. I want to help you make savvy business decisions.

Whether you’re a full-service client or just need some help with payroll, I can make sure you’re handling all of the taxes and benefits appropriately with payroll services.
Sales and meals tax
